Amarone della Valpolicella Classico

The average age of the vines used for this wine is around 40 years old with a traditional Pergola style of growing method.

Hand picked harvest in 5/6 kg plateau. Once they arrive at the aging cellar the grapes rest for 120 days with a loss in volume of 35/40%.
